Good day!

It is very good that you had a urinalysis done and it came out normal. Basically we have ruled out infection as a cause of urinary frequency. I am thinking that you might be consuming alot of water since your urinating alot in terms of volume. Try to limit your fluid intake to 1.5 liters per 24 hours i think that would solve your urinary frequency. It is also advisable to make a voiding diary, it is just a list of what time did you urinate and how much in one column then in another column list down the time and how much fluid you drank. That way your urologist will be able to have an idea about your voiding patterns.

Another disease although not very common is OVERACTIVE BLADDER or OAB. OAB is primarily freqeuent urination with strong urge to urinate although the urine volume per void is small (less than 100mL per void). This is the reason why a voiding diary is very important in management of your symptoms.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://www.HealthcareMagic.com/doctors/dr-manuel-c-see-iv/66014

I would gladly help you. Best wishes.
