Frequent Bowels, Pain On Passing Stools, Frank Blood, Pain In Anus. Causes?

Hi I m 28 year old female and for the past 4-5 weeks I ve been passing stools up to 6 times aday they are well formed normally I only pass once per day maybe two it hurts to pass them and when I wipe their is blood bright red so I know it s fresh blood it hurts to push once stool is out it s not so painful it hurts inside. Is this anything to worry about? Thankyou

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having fissure in ano.
After passing stool it gets friction at fissure site producing pain and bleeding.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Avoid constipation and take light laxative at night.
Avoid junk food.
Ok and take care.
