Hi,
As you are into peri-menopausal period, you would have all sorts of disturbed cycles. Please do not self-medicate yourself; see a gynecologist for a proper evaluation to understand the cause of the irregular cycles. Local causes have to be ruled out apart from hormonal imbalances, weight disturbances and stress. Please maintain a healthy weight (BMI) and do some regular daily exercise including meditation. You would need styptics and proper hormone supplementation if local causes are excluded. Hope this helps.
