Frequent Urge To Urinate, Bladder Fullness, Pressure. History Of UTI. Causes For Symptoms?
Hi, I ve recently been having the constant urge to pee...like bladder is full, even after i pee and only a little comes out. I was tested back in may for urine culture but they never called me back, so i assume they didn t find bacteria, and i ve had uti before, but this time it doesn t burn when i pee, i just have the feeling as pressure in my bladder, and that i should be its annoying

If there is no evidence of infection, you will benefit from an Ultrasound of kidneys and bladder to see if there is some residual urine in the bladder.
You may also visit a gynaecologist to see if there is some gynaecological issue.

Your symptoms are suggestive of the possibility of bladder thickening perhaps secondary to past infection; any existence of stones should also be ruled out. You need to consult a nephrologist or a urologist for examination and investigations; you may need a renal scan and an endoscopy to ascertain the exact cause. You need to take urinary antispasmodics to relieve you of the strangury. Take care.
