Frequent Urge To Urinate, Not Sexually Active, Non-alcoholic. Treatment Options?

I am a 13 year old girl (no sex no alcohol) I often feel like I need to pee but nothing comes out I sit for forever on the toilet when I stand up wash my hands and from 30seconds to 2 minutes later I feel like I have to peek again it s really starting to get in the was of sleep and family time is there anything simple or easy things I can do to help or stop this

Welcome to HCM.
Simple step would be to reduce the intake of oral fluids including water.
But it may be due to bladder problems like infection , stones or sensitive bladder and only a doctor visit would hep.
