Frequent Urinating,tingling Pain,no Odor.Treatment?

I have a urge to urinate and it feels awful after I urinate like a massive orgasm and it's is so powerful it hurts and it's not really a burning pain it's more like a tingling pain I have been passing little pieces of flesh or blood? Please help me this is the worst pain I have felt in my life I don't have any discharge and no odor

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some problem in your kidneys.
Go for urine check up and ultra sound to rule out UTI or stones in kidney.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
