Frequent Urination During Night Time After Getting Anal Fissures. Treatment?

I experienced an anal fissure earlier this year which seems to have healed. However, I developed frequent urination issues at the time the fissure occurred and I am unfortunately still experiencing this problem. If the fissure has healed, why am I still having this problem which by the way wakes me up 3-4 times a night?

Are you male or female?
In male prostate enlargement associated with urinary infection causes this type of symptoms.
In female anterior wall weakness causes this type of symptoms.
