Frequent Urination, Leaking Urine, Excessive Bloating, Flatulence. Bladder Is Not Full During Release. Cause?
I have had to go to the bathroom a LOT and not for much reason. The severity is like I haven t gone pee all day and drank 4 huge mugs of coffee ... Sometimes I will leak ... This is getting worse ... There is no reason for the extreme need to go when it is clear my bladder isn t full when I release. I am also extremely gassy. 24/7 excessive bloating

If you are young and overall healthy, we are looking at some kind of anxiety disorder here. If you have no other symptoms like burning while urination, discharge from the urethra and are young, we can be pretty sure about this. However, older men would need a prostate exam and older women would need to get prolapse ruled out.
Anxiety can be treated primarily be psychotherapy, while drugs like escitalopram can provide temporary relief. This anxiety can also explain the excessive bloating that you are experiencing.
