I have frequent urination , worsens with carbonated drinks but any drink will do it. I have a problem emptying bladder , especially when its not full. (Although the urgency seems to exists with the slightest need) I have to use my bowels (kind of like the same muscle I would use to push If I was constipated. I use this to push against my bladder and help empty it. (although now, it seems like I ve used that muscle too much and it hurts sometimes).
