Frequent Urination Urges, Chronic Condition. On Cipro Antibiotic. Urine Culture Normal. Causes And Treatment?

hi， nice to know here has something a hope. ok, i have been on sensation of pee for 1 and half years now. the cause was unclear, it first came suddenly and persisted, very urge wants to pee about 15-20 times during the day. before any action to take, i went to doc and have done a urinate culture, and also 5 days on cipro 250mg. after that, i tried this cipro alone waiting for the result come back. after 2 days of cipro my symptom has improved and become cured alike, then i kept until the rest. but the urinate culture come back with no infection and bacteria growth. this is a bit of funny. ok, taking 5days of cipro, i feel completely healed. one week after i tried to eject out for circulate the prostate as i think it might be further improvement, unfortunately, the symptom comes back but less urge. until now i tired out many times of appointments with doc and antibiotics and treatments without improvement and heal. for any guidance would be great. please
