Frequently I Am Getting Cold
Freuntly i am getting cold, while i am taking head both, next day day morning i am getting running nose and snizzing problem. Some days if i sleep in day time, after awaking up, i am facing the same problem. weekly once i used to get head ache too..... i am 24 yrs old, female.

Welcome to HealthcareMagic. Frequent episodes of cold / running nose is sign of allergy, or depressed immunity level.The headache what you mentioned might be related to sinusitis. So i would suggest you consult a ENT specialist and get certain blood tests done.Get well soon.

In my experience this is coming from water and anemia I am in ayurvedic doctor so our solution is only from ayurveda please mention your height and weight and you have any unwanted solution discharge through your uterus or over bleeding in menses period please control your dandruff in you head and use neelibhrangadi kera thylam+ kayyunyadi kera thylaom before 10 minute on bathing as hair oil at first you will use small small amount and after one month use 3 teaspoonful on head please avoid soap use green gram powder instead of soap and bathing only in boiled water with neem leaf and low cool
and you will drink a solution that include ocimum sangtum (krishna Thulasi)leaf+curry Leaf+ Ginger+black peper+adathoda vasaka leaf+Fenugreek (Medhy) equall part of all herbals boiled with water and drink 100 ml 3 times a day . every day you will try to sleep minimum 7 hrs and avoid tension cool drinks and freeze food and avoid dusty atmosphere please try and post reaction

You probably have allergic rhinitis .When you have symptoms like this , you should have a steam inhalation , antihistamines to get relief.
I advise you to visit an ENT specialist to get evaluated for any structure abnormalities in your nasal cavity like DNS , polyp as these can cause repeated symptoms like this.
I also advise you to observe properly the factor which causes you repeated sneezes and running nose , like cold weather , and avoid it.
