Fungal Finger Nail Infection, Yellowish Green Discoloration. KOH Test Done. Cure?

I have some fungal finger nail infection.only one finger of my hand is affectected.i had done that koh test and it stated that i have some fungal infection .about one third of the nail is yellowish green.am applying trosyd nail solution.is this good?how long will the treatment take?can it spread to other nails? Thanx a lot YYYY@YYYY

Thanks for your query.You have a fungal infection of the nail which is not responding to treatment.The only permanent remedy for this fungal infection of the nail is to remove the nail under Local anesthesia.So get it done by consulting a general Surgeon.
