Further Test Required After Negative Result After Unprotected Oral Sex?

I had unprotected oral sex June 1st, I did not swallow but had a sore on gum. June 18 th I had unprotected oral again with same partner and again I didn't swallow. I took a p 24 test and a fourth generation test July 30th, my test results were negative. Am I safe or do I need to do further testing in 3 months?
