hi sir i am rajesh i am having Pain in left testicle .his pain happens only when I ejaculate(OVER TEMPTING) and no other time

hi,Rakesh,thanks for query.If the pain in minor and does not lead to major discomfort it is fine.In case of more pain and some heaviness and fullness in scrotum,there are chances of infection ,in that case you need to see your doctor and get your self properly examined.Please avoid direct pressure on scrotum and do not wear tight clothes.
