Gained Weight After Having Estrogen, Progesterone. Hair Getting Thin. Remedy?
Hi. I am 53 and have put on 20 lbs since I have been on estrogen and progesterone. I am trying to figure out what is causing the weight gain and why as hard as I try can NOT loose the weight. My hair has thinned a lot and I am worried about going off these meds, because I don't want my hair any thinner, but I also don't want to continue being over

From history it seems that you might be having hypothyroid giving you thinning of hair and weight gain.
Go for thyroid function test.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Consult gynaec and discuss aboutside effect of hormonal therapy.
