Gas, Bloating, Cramps In Stomach, Severe Constipation, Dark Greenish Stool With Blood. Help

is this a free!!!! consultation? if not, I am on a low-fixed income/aka poor !!! poor!! never see money poor!!, but if it is free, I need HELP!! can't afford heailth insurance, because I am so poor!!!, my problem is gas/ bloating very bad, my symptons is stomach cramps, servere constipation, blood in my stool, and stool is very dark-greenish color, PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Hope you are doing good. Well its free up-till now. There are 2 causes of bleeding in stool upper GI bleed and lower GI Bleed. In Upper Gi bleed you will get black colored stool with clotted blood sometimes. With lower Gi bleed you will see fresh blood.

From the symptoms you mentioned it seems like you have upper Gi Bleed most commonly it could be bleed from stomach.

You should change your diet . avoid smoking , drinking , using spicy foods , reduce your tension and anxiety.

You should start
PPI ( Proton pump inhibitor ) like trade name Risek , sante before breakfast and dinner
Syrup Gaviscon 2 table spoon after eating.
tablet Metronidazole 3 times day

You should visit your local physician for your detail examination and investigate you. Black colored stool could be a problem you need to be investigated for it.
