Gas, Painful And Tender Lower Abdomen, Belching. Normal BM. History Of Being Dehydrated. Concerning?
I started experiencing gas a couple days ago. Yesterday it got worse late in the evening. Painful and tender to the touch on my lower right abdomen. I continued to assume it was gas but the pain has stayed persistently in this are and no relief has occurred. I became dehydrated last week and was concerned that I might have an intestinal blockage but since I have had bowel movements and no other symptoms besides gas (sometimes difficult to pass) with belching.

It seems that you might be having some gastri-intestinal infection giving rise to pain in abdomen and gastric upset.
As pain is severe, tenderness in right lower abdomen is there, possibility of having Acute appendicitis should be ruled out.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Meanwhile you can take Omiprazole and anti-spasmodic tablet like Dicyclomine.
Ok and take care.
