Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the mixed infection of the large intestine, with aerobic and anaerobic bacteria.
It also may be the infection of the amoebiasis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to mypatient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, omeprzole, domperidone. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
