Gastric Complaints,bloating Sensation.Treatment?

Dear Dr, I live in Kerala, India and am 45+. I have always had a weak stomach. Very rarely do I experience normal bowel movement. But of late this abnormal functioning has started troubling me for sure. Gastric complaints, bloating sensation etc are common. The ideal form of stool passage is alien to me. Colour isn t redish / brownish but the shape is very rarely cylindrical / tubular. Most importantly, I dont empty my stomach in the very first go... and that works on my mind. I was an athlete till almost 34 when i got married. Over the last decade or so, the physical activities have come down but I somehow mange to keep myself in shape. Oh yes, couple of years back, when I was on tour and had a digestive problem, I took a tablet which worked wonders. Talking of shape, colour, the nature of ejection etc .... every thing was there. But somehow I forgot the name of that tablet. Could you please help me in suggesting the future course of action? Do I need serious medication ? By the way, my stomach was scanned for all vital organs and was found to be OK. A physician suggested that I might be suffering from Amebiasis. Will UniEnzymes help? Should I take them regularly? Look fwd to hearing from you soon ?
