Gastric Problem, Irregular Stools, Taking Lodiomil And Alprazolam

Dear Sir, I am From Bangladesh, I am attack by Acidity of gastric. My stool is not regularly and proper. I can t eat fate and Oily carry and never take meat. As a result I already take and taking (1) Lodiomil (25mg), (2) Alprazolam (0.25 mg), (3) Clonazipan (0.5mg), (4) Sergel (20mg) e.i Esomiprazol (25mg), (5) Isabagula bran (Every day morning at first). But I always nervous and go down with Psychiatrist about my Acidity.

Hello,

From your history, you may be suffering from a chronic depressive disorder with an irregular bowel movement.

It may be due to side effects to the above drug or due to irritable bowel syndrome.

Do regular exercise and yoga. avoid gluten and lactose contain food.

Take a high fiber diet and take a soft diet. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
