Getting Constant And Sharp Pain On Chest And Lower Back. History Of Burning Feet. Looking For Solution

I am a 33 year old male that has constant pain in both breast and very sharp pain if is touched. You can feel some abnormality underneath the nipple . Before this, I had burning feet for about a year that would get better around noon each day. Besides the pain and lump in both breast, I have pain in my neck , lower back, hips, feet (again), shins, etc...... Any ideas what could be causing this.

First I suggest you visit a general surgeon. He will evaluate cause for pain in your breast. Gynecomastia or any tumour? Secondly for your generalised body ache get routine blood investigations along with RA test.
