Getting Dizzy, Stomach Upset, Chest Pain. Feel Like Pass Out. Sharp Pains In Head. Have Rash Like Psoriasis. Suggestions?

About 4 months ago I was sitting at my PC and out of nowhere I got dizzy. My stomach became upset, I felt like I couldn't breathe. I had chest pain. I felt like I was going to pass out. I called the ambulance, went to the ER. They told me nothing was wrong. Since then, I started seeing cobwebs of eye floaters. I felt sharp pains throughout my head that come and go. I get upset stomach easy, sometimes no appetite, or too much of one. I felt chest pains. There's a rash on both of my legs and both arms that look similar to Psoriasis. I run fever on and off. I do have a sense of impending doom. I get stomach cramps. And my stool has recently turned green, and I've been constipated. I do have a lot of trouble sleeping and getting to sleep. I don't have medicaid so I've been to the ER at least 113 times. And they don't do any tests on me, they just listen to my complaint and say it's normal go home. i have also had lost of hearing on and off i have been to multiple ERs .They did test me for sugar diabeties and it came back negative. Any help or suggestions would be great! Thanks in advance.
