Getting Large Bump In Same Spot Between Penis And Stomach. Popped It And Had Yellow Pus. Herpes?

Hello, I have been getting this rather large bump in the same exact spot in my pubic region between my penis and my stomach, the bump starts to get irritated when touched and it stays for a few days, then goes away. I was wondering if it could be herpes...I popped it today and what came out was yellowish pus, but then it went to clear after a couple squeezes.. What can this be?

Most probably a fistula or infected hernia. Contact an urologist to further examine your situation as soon as possible.
