Getting Treated With Suppositories, External Creams For Internal, External Hemorrhoids. Have Unbearable Pain, Urge To Urinate

Hi, I have internal and external hemorrhoids and I'm being treated with suppositories and external cream. The pain/pressure is unbearable. I have an urgent need to urinate, but I can not urinate. I thought I had a UTI and had a refill of Bactrim, so i filled that as well as the AZO pills for the pain. However, the need to urinate is bad and it just will not come out.

Hi
You should have so much vegetables in your diet.Take stool softners like lactulose syrup 15ml every night. If it doesnt help take bisacodyl 2 tab at night. You can use diltiazem or nifidipine gel for application.some times secondary infection can come.In this case you will need antibiotics. If all these wont help you need to do a hemorhoidectomy surgery.Hope this help you
thanks
