Giddiness, Vomiting. Tried Pan D Tablet. No Issues Found In Brain By CT Scan. Treatment?

Hi Dr, My wife is suffering from voimting sensation past 4 days, tried with PAN D tablet, checked for CT scan brain and found no issues on brain, but voimting sensation is there past 4 days and voimted yesterday night after dinner.

She is now feeling guidiness and voimiting

Please suggest how to proceed further in treatment

Hi, the causes of the vomitings could be gastric hyper acidity, peptic ulcer, jaundice, some other liver problem, hypertension, or anxiety. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such vomitings prescribe injections of metachlopramide 1 amp bd, and injection of gentamycin 80 mg bd. till the diagnosis is established. Thank you.
