Dear Mr Ankit

Occasional vomiting in children is.common due to food poisoning sometimes seen. It usually is self limiting and subsides. Non Bilious vomiting( whitish vomiting without yellow bile in it) is usually self limiting. Symptomatic treatment with antiemetic is all.that is required.
You can start giving him clear fluids like lime juice with sugar added, fresh fruit juice. You can slowly go on increasing the quantity. Once he tolerates good quantity you can give him semisolid food.

Consult pediatrician if the vomiting persists.

Take care
