Hi,

Having chills could be partially related to hormonal changes in menopause. However, viral infection and anemia should be ruled out through physical examination and blood work of this year.

Being sleeplessness is also related to menopause. I advise:

- cut off energetic drinks, cola, carbonated and coffee
- avoid fatty, sugary or too salty foods (processed)
- drink more water
- take chamomile tea at bedtime
- ask your doctor to start prescribing sleeping pills.

At the end, keep being as energetic as you are now to "beat" menopause symptoms.

All the best!
