Good afternoon Doctor !
I have bulky uterus with multiple uterine fibroids. The large size of fibroids is 48*29mm. Endometrial echo complex is pushed posteriorly and measure 2mm. No submucosal component noted, no POC seen in uterus and no focal lesion noted. Is unremarkable adenexae.
PAP SMEAR TEST :
Descriptive Diagnosis: Smear shows superficial squamous cells, intermediate squamous cells & endocervical cell clusters. Impression: Negative for intraepithelial lesion or malignancy
Is this serious issue ? Do i need to DCM ?
