Got Hit In The Knee. Feel Numb, Swollen, Paining. When Bent Feel Nauseous. Cure For Treatment?

i hit my knee on a trailer hitch very hard about 24 hrs ago, the ball of the kind of went under the cap. it was numb and swollen last night, this morning the pain is at a level 7, when bent up to a nine. making me nauseous and lightheaded. lots of ice and rest. when i walk it hurts tremendously, and is unstable unless i lock out the leg. also the smallest step up almost impossible.
