my baby is five months now ive had 3 c/s and the third i got infected with pseudomonas spp.i got treated wit heavy anti biotics including (amikacin) did a vig swab culture after it showed no growth, i have been ok pain free till the last one month i feel wet inside my vig and bubbly (could be coz i slept slanted with my waist up.that when i felt airy)could be another reason.my operation from the inside still feels inflammed hurts (like a wound thats healed yet) thats how i can explain it.i went to the doc day before yesterday she did an ultra sound n she said there was nothing wrong and she couldnt do any thing i was shocked and speechless as i was in pain now i dont know what to do
5 months is a long time for any scar to heal and especially uterine scars heal faster due to contraction and high blood supply. But still if you feel pain then please visit a good radiologist and get a detailed whole abdomen ultrasound done with special reference to various spaces in the abdomen and pouch of douglous. Also get a complete blood count and CRP done to see if resident foci of infection is present which will be evident in complete blood picture
