Got Punched Hard In Chest. Bruised And Sore. Upper Back Pain. Recommendations?

The day before yesterday I was punched very hard in the chest. There is no bruising but my chest is extremely sore. I have also noticed upper back pain near where I was stricken. I am breathing fine and my heart seems ok also. I am a 52 year old man in good health and physical condition. Under what conditions should I seek further treatment?

Well u need to consult an orthopaedecian.get a chest x ray done to rule out fracture.if no fracture anti inflammatory agents and hot foment action and pain killers would solve the problem.
