Green Stools, Sometimes Hard, Sometimes Soft, Gaseous, Dull Abdominal Pain. What Could This Be?

i have green stool sometimes hard sometimes soft sometimes both but a lot of it, i havent had my period in two months but all my pregnancy test are negative, i feel gassy more often and slight lower and abdominal back pain . Im 19 and well over weight im 5 8 and 250-65lbs. Is there something that i have or that my symptoms are apart of?

cap nexum 40 mg od
syrup bismol tds

all three for 5 days, if symtoms persist, plz consult a gastroenterologist for further workup.
