Grinding, Popping When Moving Adams Apple. Should I Meet A Doctor?

I am feeling something grinding and popping when I move my Adam's apple. I was hoping and assuming that it was just the cartilage next to it which is supposed to grind and crack sometimes when you move it. So then, I held the two parts of my throat that are chricocartilage (?) and then wiggled my adam's apple around a little with the other hand to see if it seemed like anything was wrong with my larynx. When I did so, I felt something crack.. but it did not feel extremely painful.. just alarming and disturbing. Should I go to the ER, give it a couple days and go see an ENT Specialist, or what??

For what you have examined your adam's gland ? you manipulating it for to see it whether it gives such feeling? or it gives such feeling when you swallow ?,, If it does not cause any thing while swallowing, and no any other symptoms then why to disturb it,, if you have any symptoms, like swelling, tenderness, swallowing difficulty, then of course you can ask for the medical advise, if you still not satisfied you can go to see the ENT surgeon, have good day.
