Group Of Bumps Inside Vagina. Not Sexually Active. How To Get Rid Of It?

Hi, I'm 15 and I found a group of bumps inside my vagina. They don't hurt and I'm not sexually active but I was reading about this stuff on the Internet and I'm concerned I might have genital warts or pimples. I dont want to tell my mom because it's embarrassing for me. Are there any efts I could get rid of it by myself?
