Gush Of Clear And Watery Fluid , Mucous And Small Amount Of Blood From Vagina While Skating. History Of D& C For Missed Abortion Before 10 Days. Normal?

On April 18th I went in for an ultrasound because I was pregnant and experiencing light bleeding over several weeks. The baby measured to be 6 weeks, but I was 11 weeks along in my pregnancy and the baby had no heartbeat. Blood tests over several days also confirmed that my HGC levels were dropping. There was no doubt I had experienced a miscarriage. On April 19th my doctor performed a D & C for a missed abortion. I had some bleeding and ill feelings afterwards, and on April 28th was back to my old self again with no bleeding or ill feelings. Today (April 30th) I went rollerskating. While I was skating I felt a warm gush of fluid from my vagina several times. I immediately went to the bathroom and discovered that it was not urine or blood. Instead it was a clear & watery fluid, some clear mucous, and a very small amount of red blood. I am sitting here leaking this clear fluid as we speak and it has been an hour since this happened. Is this normal? Should I be worried? Thanks in advance.
