I have been on the HCG diet for 7 days now. I have been experiencing stomach cramps for 2 days. Today, I have had yellow runny bowel movements. Is this normal?

from the description of the symptoms you are suffering from side effects of the hcg diet.
i would suggest go and get reviewed by the doctor who prescribed you the diet if there is need to stop diet or not.
