HI Doctor, I Feel A Extra Meat Ball Like Place

HI doctor,
I feel a extra meat ball like place on my anus mouth. May be it is an external piles, I feel it two weeks ago max. when i visit to hospital one surgen told me to do the surgery and the same day they have done the surgery and removed the blood cloud in last week and after surgery again another side it's happning same, Pls help me to understand this problem and correct treatment for this.Please
