Skin Tag In The Anus. Is It External Piles?

Good afternoon doctor.
I feel a extra meat ball like place on my anus mouth. May be it is an external piles, I feel it two weeks ago max.
For some other issue, I am going to channai next week.
Could u pls advice me, is there any treatment shortly by that time.
Where I will go for it.
I can send a picture to you,
I just shocked to feel it.
Need to know possible solutions.
Is it done in Apolo. I will be near tothathosp nextweek

Thank you for the query.

Yes, most likely this is a hemorrhoid. Especially if it is painless and gives bleeding from time to time.
Sometimes such lump is associated with anal fissure, however this condition gives lots of pain while passing the stool.
You may try such treatment:
- increase fiber rich products and mineral water intake
- keep your stool soft
- do not push hard on stool
- wash your rectum after every stool
- have sitz baths with Quercus Cortex twice a day
- use OTC suppositories for hemorrhoids

Such treatment should make your lump smaller in a week or so, however it won make it disappear. Surgery is a permanent solution.
