HI I Got My Tests Done T3-102ng/dl T4 9.2 Ug/dl

HI i got my tests done T3-102ng/dl
T4 9.2 ug/dl
and tsh 6.41 .....I had hypo thyroid since 2003 and till now I was on 75 mg thyronorm but my doc incresedit to 100 seeing these results. I am having episodes when i suddenly feel drained out ,sugar level goes down and pulse increases. Having something sweet helps at that time. Energy has totally gone down. When i took second opunion today I was told that these symptoms are of high dosage and actually i need to move towards 50 rather than 100 of medicqation. Now I am totally confused as two docs are telling two diff things
