HIV. Can It Be Transmitted If There Is No Penetration?

Hi I went out about 5 or 6 weeks back and got drunk and went of with a tranny sex work but there was no oral or anal sex she just gave me a hand job with me on my back on a bed, the thing that is worrying me is that she massaged the out side of my anus with one of her fingers for a few min while she gave hand job, would I been at risk of catching HIV if she had anything cuts or blood on her and or fingers, I didn't see any thing on her but I'm just thinking the worse, I got a std test and was clear do I need an HIV test, thanks for listen hope to hear from u . e

HI
HIV infection can only be transmitted by sera (Blood, Blood product, body fluid, urine, fecal material ) if these directly comes in contact with you, (from the patients having positive HIV) like direct penetration, direct contact of sera with your cuts wounds inside your mouth, lips, anus, or on your fingers,, in short any where in your body, must not come directly in contact with HIV positive patient's sera, take care have nice life

thanks for using health care magic..

i red your problem carefully.. from your history it seems to difficult to catch HIV infection but still very minor chances are there..

if we consider worst that your partner was positive, she also had cut on finger and your skin around anus is also not intact then only HIV can enter in your body..

but if any of above three criteria is not fullfilled then its very unlikely that you got infected with HIV...

if you are very worried then take HIV 1 and 2 ELISA or westernblot test.. you can also go for P24 antigen test its very confirmatory but little expensive
