Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Your symptoms are not related to sleeping under a Running fan. You have Upper respiratory tract Infection. The Hoarseness may be due to Infection of the voice box that is Larynx which is called Laryngitis. Kindly get yourself examined by a ENT specialist so that the exact cause can be ruled out and also you may also want to take antibiotics.

Wish you Good Health, Take Care.
