HSG Done, Mild Dilation Of Both Tubes, Peritoneal Spillage, No Congenital Anomaly. Meaning?

My wife got her HSG done yesterday. Reports read - Mild dilatation of the terminal end of both tubes noted which was also seen on the right side even in delayed film. No evidence of congenital anomaly. Bilateral good peritoneal spillage seen. Uterine cavity appears normal in size. What does this mean? My wife is extremely tensed and feels she will never be able to conceive.

First of all dont worry the report is quite normal. that means there is no anatomical problem which can prevent pregnancy. but still if your wife will not get pregnant, my suggestion is do a thorough hormonal study including tsh, t3, t4.
