Hi I am 29yrs old.have been married since 3years n have been ttc since the last 1year. Last month I got my hsg done and in my report it was written there is bilateral minimal distal hydrosalpinx, what does this mean? Although both my Fallopian tubes are normal in course and calibre, bilaterally free peritoneal spill is seen and normal uterine cavity

Hello welcome to health care magic Bilateral minimal hydro salpinx means that distal part of tube is blocked partially with serous like substance.. In partial blockade also some amount of peritoneal spill may be present.. To conceive the tubes must be fully patent,,consult gynecologist and go for tubal surgeries according to your tubal status.. Hope you understand my answer Thank you Dr.siddartha
