Had Leep Procedure For Cervical Dysplasia Previously. Now Experiencing Bloating, Spotting. Menopause?

hi, I am a 46 yr old female. 20 years ago i had cervical dysplasia and had a leep procedure. now i am experiencing bloating, spotting between periods. i can't hold down food, have vaginal and belly pain. I have also flucuated from constipation to diarrhea. is it the start of menopause? i also have had an ovarian cyst for about 4 years.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Irregular bleeding needs to be evaluated. Get PAP smear done and examination under speculum.
Get ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done for endometrial thickness and D&C done for endometrial lesions.
Change in bowel movements could be due to other reasons.
These symptoms could be due to premenopausal but better to get evaluated.
