Hi welcome to Health care magic forum.
Thanks for calling H.C.M.Forum.
The treatment and plan of treatment depends upon the clinical condition, examination findings, and then the investigation findings. Even with out any clinical findings you can have such report due to chronic conditions.
I advise you to consult an urologist for diagnosis and treatment. The doctor will give you treatment on clinical findings only.
Your urine examination report says that there is urinary tract infection. If your clinical examination find it necesory then the doctor orders for admission.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
best regards.
