Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
I have gone through your history as well as your current report. Below are the most relevant parameters from your urine analysis:
-Pus Cells: TNTC-- Too Numerous To Count', indicates that you have an infection for sure
-Bacteria: Many-- Confirms the infection, and the infection-causing organism is of bacterial source
-Protein: +4-- This could indicate some underlying pathology. I advice you to get your
liver and
kidney function tests done, along with an
ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis
Please visit your doctor and get a urine culture examination done as well. As you were on
ciprofloxacin the last time you had a UTI, the potency of ciprofloxacin could be questionable. Please get this investigation done, as it would help in finding the most suitable antibiotic to treat your condition. Please also further investigate the presence of protein in your urine.
I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.
Best wishes.
