Had A Cesarean Section, Pressure And Pain Between Shoulder Blades. Reason?

Hey I had a cesarean section about 6 weeks ago. Well 2 weeks or so after I started experiencing bad pressure and pain between my shoulder blades. It comes on all of a sudden and then it will hurt for awhile and then it will just go away. It usually hurts for about 4 or 5 hours and then is gone. I was just wondering if it was related to the cesarean section or if it was something else?
