Had A Cold. When Blew, A Sack Came Out. Not Able To Breathe Properly. How Can This Be Solved?

Hello. I had a cold for awhile and was plugged up. When I blew my nose a "sack" came out. I had to push it back in. Now, I believe it is partially plugging up left side and have not been able to breath clearly out of it. It has done this upon blowing to hard where I push this "Clear sack" back up in my nose. Thanks for you help.
