Had A Fall, Hit Elbow, Paining And Swelling. Having Full Range Of Motion. Suggestions?

Hi
I fell yesterday and bashed my elbow quite hard. Its been painful since the injury but i still had full range of motion. Today i bashed it again (typical) and ive just noticed some quite a bit of swelling is now present. It feels as though its full of fluid. I still have the dull pain and full range of motion. Should i get it check out?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
get it screened with x ray for hairline .Swelling is traumatic synovitis. Get sumag oint ment strapping around elbow and rest it in arm sling for 7 days, take ibuprofen 400mg thrice daily after meals. If necessary consult with x -ray with orthopedist. Avoid movement for 3-6 days.Since it is over 1 day old , do hot packs/fomentation
