Had A Knee Replacement Surgery. Feel Sore & Stiff. Surgeon Not Concerned. Suggestions?

I had knee replacement surgery a year ago this July and I am still very sore and stiff and seems like a strain is put on my knee even just to walk. Went to have it checked out by my surgeon and he seemed to not be concerned. What could be causing this? I am becoming very concerned since I will be starting work in a few weeks (school Kitchen Manager)

Hi,
It seems that after knee replacement you did not gone for physiotherapy pf the joint.
Go for physiotherapy like patellar, quadricep exercise after consulting your operated surgeon.
Discuss regarding your problem and follow his advice.
Ok and take care.
